At over 200,000 sq. ft., the Triple Eight facility features expansive warehouse space designed for operational efficiency and future growth. As Construction Manager, JVF coordinated subcontractors, ensured safety and quality, and delivered a fully functional, industrial facility.

At 1,700 sq. ft., the shipping and receiving office was designed for operational efficiency and streamlined workflow. JVF managed the project from concept to completion, coordinating trades, ensuring quality, and delivering a space tailored to the client’s needs.

The Triple Eight office and shop spans 21,000 sq. ft. and combines office space, truck maintenance bays, and trailer storage. The facility is designed for maximum functionality and efficiency while providing a comfortable work environment for staff.

JVF is serving as Tim Hortons’ Owner’s Representative for its 41,000 sq. ft. Fruition Production expansion, overseeing every aspect from design to completion, managing budget and schedule, mitigating risks, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Defined Glass & Design Ltd. Office TI encompassed a 21,055 sq. ft. space, with the main floor built out to include the vestibule and washroom areas, while the mezzanine was transformed into modern office space featuring a high-end kitchen and gym.
